2 years - Warranty on Marberchip floor coating
Marberchip-Floor warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Under this warranty, we will provide at no cost, replacement material and repairs, proven to be defective when installed and maintained as specified in accordance our care and maintenance.
This warranty is designed to protect the purchaser from 2 causes of flooring failure.
1. De-bonding: from improper surface preparation.
2. Cracking and peeling due to improper material design.
This warranty will exclude:
1. Structural failure in the substrate i.e the floor and not the coating.
2. Moisture migration or hydrostatic pressure.
3. Impact on holes or extreme physical abuse.
4. Chemical attack not approved by Marberchip-Floor.
5. Claims must be made in writing to Marberchip-Floor, within 10 days of defect.
Absence of such claim during this period will constitute a waiver of claims with respect to such products.
